Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The following conditions must be met for a return:

1. The item includes all original parts and components, with the packaging intact.
2. Any product handling must show normal use; damage from improper handling is not accepted.
3. Items related to hygiene must be cleaned thoroughly before returning.
4. The product must be defective upon receipt.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days if all conditions are satisfied.

How to Return Your Order:

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Email support@brunosavelli.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the item (in case of damage)
• Your full name
• Your address
2. We will respond with the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender’s address, as this will delay processing. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Return the unwanted item, and once it arrives at our warehouse, we can issue a refund or send a replacement item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect or Defective Items:

If you receive the wrong item, color, size, or if your item arrives damaged, please provide us with photo evidence. Once verified, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your online order. If not, please wait for the delivery and initiate the return process.

If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments (except delivery costs) once we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
