Returns Policy
Please note, we do not offer free returns, and return shipping charges will apply. Our return policy allows 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return Your Order:
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate a return:
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers:
If you are a consumer (a natural person entering a transaction unrelated to your trade or profession), you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item.
Since we operate a fully automated system, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed. If you wish to cancel after shipment, you will need to wait until the goods are delivered and then follow our return procedure. You can still notify us of your intention to cancel in advance to expedite the process.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, you must do so within 30 days of delivery. Return the unwanted item, and once it arrives at our warehouse, we can issue a refund or send a replacement item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Incorrect or Defective Items:
If you receive the wrong item, color, size, or if your item arrives damaged, please provide us with photo evidence. Once verified, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order if we have not yet shipped your item, which is usually within 24 hours. If your order has shipped, please wait for the delivery and initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments (except delivery costs) within 30 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
